Scope of Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and repairing equipment at customer locations.
• Providing online and telephone technical support.
• Preparing reports and submitting them to Felicity’s technical headquarters.

Requirements:

▶ Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering, electrical work, or renewable energy (RES).
